TODAY I FELT LIKE ME! 5 classes an it felt soooo good! ๐๐พ I have the BEST BOSS , played a part in my recovery & I wanna Thankyou without being all mussy! Just reminded how much love & passion I have for my job! I can honestly say day by day i an improving! ๐๐พ 80% recovery is going well I just canโt wait till Iโm on ๐ฏ & when I am the world ๐ is ganna know! . DISCLAIMER: i am not over doing it or pushing myself too hard I am at the stage now where Ino what my body needs. I still have to rest an not get too excited & keep on top of my health & immune system

Recovery is going well and everyday is getting better. Although I canโt train for a while Iโm easing myself gradually back into work too! If you see me around pls donโt jump at me ๐ Iโm not ready for all of that just yet ๐ but Iโll take a Bluetooth hi 5 ๐๐พโโ๏ธ
