**Inter-Divisional League Season Begins Today**
The Kent Inter-Divisional League season gets under way today
, **24th May**, with the opening fixtures bringing together
Division 1 v. Division 3 at Bromley B.C.
This match will start at **10am**.…
Plenty of free parking and the bar will be open for refreshing cool drinks.

Another successful weekend for the BBC.
A win in the Tony Allcock on Saturday was followed by a win in the PCL on Sunday.
Our new members played well and are a very welcome addition to the club.

A super Open Day at the B.B.C. today.
Plenty of interest and several new signings over a wide age range , should auger well for the future.
Big thanks to all who worked so hard to ensure the day's success;
including Captain Paul and Moi, Cliff and Sue Vote, Mick and Reggie and the whole team who worked such long hours to greet welcome and instruct a wide variety of aspiring bowlers.

Start the season off with a bang. Tuesday afternoon at 2.00 there are organised roll-ups at the BBC.
Today is the first one in 2026, come along and enjoy this Spring Sunshine, and a chance to practice on a decent green.
Name on the board by 1.30 and Roger will sort out the rinks.

Fourteen competitions to be decided, whose names will be added to the 137 years old competitions board this year?
Already containing the names of bowling legends going back over a century

Some exciting news about events at the Bromley Bowling Club.
We have hosted an entertaining match between Surrey's Southeye and Kent's Appleyard today the Kent ladies running out winners by a single shot.
So many players complimented Bromley on the quality of the Green.
On Friday the double rink had a good win in the Bexley Comp.
The men's teams are currently 6th in Div.1 and 4th in Div. 2 of the N.W.K Leagues.

We have reached the semi final of the Ron Ault K.O. trophy and have a well supported Chris Latham day ahead of us

Very busy week ahead for the bowlers from the B.B.C.
On Tuesday, 29th July we welcome The Mayor of Bromley and his team for our annual tussle with the Mayor and his/her team.
On Wednesday the LX team are away to Bromley town in the LX League, and on Thursday we field 3 teams in the N.W.K Leagues. Friday is the BB&DBA.
On Saturday we are hosting a mixed team from New Romney and finally on Sunday the Mixed Pairs competition is to be held from10.30 a.m.
Spectators and potential members will be made very welcome.
