Bromley Sports Club - Cricket, Tennis, Padel, Squash & Racketball Bromley Sports Club is a welcoming, multi-sport club offering Padel, Tennis, Squash and Cricket for all ages and standards across South East London and Kent.

Established over 200 years ago, Bromley Cricket Club has grown into a club for tennis, squash and racketball, as well as cricket. With fantastic sports facilities, talented coaching teams and a thriving social scene at our bar, Bromley Cricket Club is one of the most popular in the area.

It's a fun, friendly and social way to learn the game or sharpen your skills, whether you've never picked up a bat or you've played before.

📅 Sundays, 11 October to 13 December
🕒 3.15–4.15pm
💷 £52 for a block of 8 sessions (£6.50 per session)

🎾 Keep the kids active this October half-term with Tennis Camps at Bromley Sports Club!

Recommended for ages 5–11 and open to all abilities. Mornings are tennis coaching, games and match play tailored to each child's age and level. Afternoons bring multi-sport fun and team challenges, including football, cricket and dodgeball.

📅 Week 1: Monday 19 – Friday 23 October
📅 Week 2: Monday 26 – Thursday 29 October

🕘 Full day 9am–3pm: £35
🌤️ Morning 9am–12pm or afternoon 12:45–3pm: £20
💷 Week 1: all five full days for £160, or five mornings or afternoons for £90
💷 Week 2: all four mornings or afternoons for £72

🥪 Lunch isn't included, so please pack one for full days.

Ten years of doubles — and a final decided by a single point! 🏆

BSC celebrated the 10th anniversary of its squash and racketball handicap doubles tournament on Saturday 26 September, with 24 players taking part.

Congratulations to Phil Groves and Lewis Ryall, who edged a thrilling final 21–20 against Daniel Sweeney and Matt Crocker. 👏

A huge thank-you to Sally and Gary Phelps, who have been organising these friendly monthly tournaments since 2016 — bringing players of different levels together for competition and a great social occasion.

Here’s to the next ten years! 💙💛

Two teams. Nearly five hours of tennis. One shared title! 🎾🏆

BSC’s first Laver Cup-inspired event brought Team England and Team Rest of the World together on Sunday 27 September, with our Men’s First Team players battling through seven singles and five doubles matches.

After three rounds, the scores were level — making both teams joint champions!

Congratulations to everyone who played, and thank you to captains Luke Patterson and Lionel Oo and the committee for bringing it together. 💙💛

A special day of tennis in memory of Deirdre O’Donovan 🎾💙

Sunday 20 September marked the fifth Deirdre O’Donovan Memorial Tournament at Bromley Sports Club.

With sunshine, wonderful tennis and juniors joining the event for the first time, it was a lovely celebration of Deirdre and our club community.

Congratulations to winners Simon Hughes and Ross O’Donovan! 🏆

Thank you to Fergus for the prizes and refreshments, to everyone who took part, and to all who contributed to L’Arche Dublin, a charity close to Deirdre’s heart.
