I’ve spent much of the summer in and around open water - swimming in lakes and lagoons, riding inflatables in a river, paddle boarding, had a go at SUP yoga and having fun at an aqua park, but now it’s time to go back to work in the pool.

If you’re interested in having some coaching to improve your frontcrawl, then the group sessions start on Wednesday 8th September at 1pm (to 29th September) and Friday 10th September (to 1st October) at 6pm.

This is the last opportunity you’ll have this year as sessions finish before the water gets too cold. Group sessions will resume in May or June 2022 when the weather improves and the water temperature rises.

If you’d like 1:1 coaching, these can continue a little longer into October. Availability for these are Monday and Friday mid-morning, Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes and Friday evenings.
