POV: A full day in my life — from 5:40am starts to tears, workouts, wins, and everything in between. 💫

1️⃣ Started the day at 5:40am
2️⃣ Took my morning supplements
3️⃣ + 4️⃣ Workout done before the kids even opened their eyes ✨
5️⃣ Finished The High Five Habit by Mel Robbins… and yes, I cried 😭
6️⃣ Got my nails done… still crying to the audiobook because that last chapter HIT HARD (in the best way)
7️⃣ Fully embracing Christmassy nails 🎄✨
8️⃣ Realised I hadn’t eaten + was getting hangry, so straight to Bromsgrove
9️⃣ Took my “brunch” home
🔟 High-protein bagel = 10/10 yum
1️⃣1️⃣ Squeezed in some journaling after cleaning and before the school run
1️⃣2️⃣ School run ✔️ then straight to swimming lessons
1️⃣3️⃣ Shared my important update with you — thank you for all the love and messages 🫶
1️⃣4️⃣ Threw together a quick M&S stir fry for dinner
1️⃣5️⃣ Watched the Caroline Flack documentary on Disney+… heartbreaking. The system failed her 💔
1️⃣6️⃣ Ended the day ironing while listening to Paul’s game on the radio

✨ Not every day looks like this, but this one felt like a reminder to slow down, stay grounded, and keep showing up for myself.

✨ A Heartfelt Update From Me ✨

This is genuinely one of the hardest announcements I’ve ever had to make. After months of thinking, planning, delaying, rethinking… and trying everything I could to find another way forward, I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision that Emma Danielle Fitness will not be continuing after Christmas 2025.

This choice hasn’t come lightly. I’ve poured my heart into this community for two years, and I am so unbelievably proud of everything we’ve built together. But with the current climate and the rising costs behind running a high-quality coaching business — while still wanting to keep my prices as accessible as possible — it’s simply no longer viable for me to continue in the way I have been.

And alongside that, we have some very exciting things happening as a family in 2026 🫶🏼
Things I am so excited for, but that will also require a lot more of my time, energy and focus. It feels like the right moment to step into those next chapters.

But please know this… I’m not going anywhere 🤍
I’ll still be here, sharing the things you love:

✨ Lifestyle content
✨ Mum-life realness
across Instagram and YouTube. So please stick around — I’d truly love to have you with me as I move into this next phase 🥹✨

Not because I have to move, but because I honestly don’t feel like me when I don’t.

My mood dips fast when I skip a workout. I get snappy, overwhelmed, foggy… and my husband can ALWAYS tell if I’ve exercised that day (he’ll literally say, “Have you moved yet?” 😅).

For me, it’s never just about fat loss.
It’s about my whole wellbeing.
✨ My confidence
✨ My self-esteem
✨ Feeling strong
✨ Keeping up with the kids
✨ Reducing stress + anxiety
✨ Having more patience + energy
✨ Feeling grounded and capable

Movement fills the gaps nothing else can.
It’s my reset. My therapy. My anchor.

It’s NO-vember.
The month you stop apologising for wanting more.

💥 No dimming your light to fit in.
💥 No waiting for motivation to strike.
💥 No shrinking your goals because it’s “winter.”
💥 No letting comfort win over confidence.
💥 No talking yourself out of your potential.

This season can either drain you or define you.
Winter isn’t a time to give up — it’s a time to ground down, build strength, and protect your energy so you rise even stronger in the new year.

Say NO to:
❌ Excuses
❌ Overthinking
❌ Comparing your journey
❌ Doubting your worth

Say YES to:
✨ Consistency
✨ Self-trust
✨ Alignment
✨ Your own power

Finding it hard to stay within your calorie deficit without feeling constantly hungry or deprived?
You’re not alone — this is one of the most common struggles I see with clients.

The good news? You don’t need to eat less or cut out your favourite foods.
You just need to make a few smarter swaps that help you stay satisfied and on track 👇

1️⃣ Switch your coffee order.
A cappuccino or latte with full-fat milk can easily add 150–200 calories. Try an americano or a latte with skimmed or almond milk — same caffeine boost, fewer calories, and still delicious.

2️⃣ Go for zero-calorie or diet drinks.
If you love a fizzy pop, swap to a diet or zero version — it can save you hundreds of calories over a week without sacrificing taste.

3️⃣ Bulk out your meals with volume foods.
Add extra veggies, salad, or lean protein to your meals to keep you fuller for longer. The goal isn’t to eat tiny portions — it’s to eat smarter portions.

4️⃣ Be mindful with oils and sauces.
Olive oil, mayo, dressings, and spreads can add up fast. Try low-calorie condiments, reduced-fat options, or spray oils so you can enjoy flavour without the hidden extras.

5️⃣ Stay hydrated.
It sounds simple, but dehydration can often feel like hunger. Keep a bottle nearby and aim to sip throughout the day — I even tell my clients to take a sip every time the kids ask for a snack 😉

Remember: you don’t need to overhaul your diet overnight.
Small, consistent changes lead to big results — and that’s how we make healthy living sustainable. 💫
