Being a PT and bodybuilder, and one that actually lives and breathes the occupation and sport. I like to ensure whatever I put each of my clients through, I've experienced it myself, on all levels. Each person, client or not, has different strengths, weaknesses, goals. Each person finds different training methods and activities more engaging and enjoyable. If as a PT I can't find the best methods and motivation for goals to be reached and smashed... not much of a PT am I 😆🤔.

Uwais Majeed who lives and breathes boxing, both in the ring and his classes and one to one clients. Michael Sinclair and Rob Sinclair veterans in the world of professional MMA. The Sinclairs hold classes for the youth and adults as well as private sessions for the extra keen.
