Only 1 week to go until Hapton's biggest game of the season. All support would be very much appreciated ⚽️⚫️🟡UTH🔴⚫️⚽️

Yesterday, the lads got back to winning ways. It felt good after the last couple of months. Hapton put in a solid performance in horrendous conditions to say they had a lot of lads missing. Both teams had plenty of chances. Luckily for Hapton, they managed to put 3 past Enfield to come away with the 3 points that keeps us in 4th in the league for now. MOTM goes to Jamiu Uthman, who put in a real shift 👏There is no game this Saturday but on Tuesday 21st April Hapton are in their 1st semi-final in a long time against Whinney Hill res. This is going to be a very tough game against potential league winners or at the very least, they will be getting promoted to the East Lancs premier league. All support will be very much appreciated ⚽️⚫️🟡UTH🔴⚫️⚽️

Next up is Enfield Res in the league, this is the last game before our semi-final against Whinney Hill Res, so hopefully we put in a good performance and take it into the semi-finals. All support is very much appreciated ⚽️⚫️🟡UTH🔴⚫️⚽️

The lads are through to their 1st semi-final in a long, long time 🥳 🎉 with a 1-1 draw against Peel Park res, who made it a very tough day for us. We would have liked to go through in top stop but we have done it, that's all that matters, especially with us not playing nowhere near our best for the last couple of months. Hapton was curating plenty of chances in the 1st half but just couldn't put the ball in the back of the net. Strong winds made it very difficult for both teams. Fair play to Peel Park because they really stepped up their game and were giving it everything. They went 1-0 up in the 65th minute. Hapton, at this point, was out of the cup, but the lads never gave up. In the 80th minute, we won a penalty to make it 1-1. A point was all we needed. The lads kept pushing for the win to get the top spot but it just didn't happen for us today. We play Whinny Hill res in the semi-final Tuesday 21st April 6.30pm ko. Overall a good performance from all of the lads, MOTM goes to Kian Slinger 👏 Next up is Enfield Res in the league. All support is very much appreciated ⚽️⚫️🟡UTH🔴⚫️⚽️

Tomorrow's game is the last in the Bob Little Cup group stage against Peel Park res, after beating great harwood and prairie in the cup, who sit in 1st and 3rd in the league we feel like we deserve that semi-final spot but we still need to go out there tomorrow and get the 3 points. Hopefully Peel Park res dont play half their 1st team seeing as they haven't got a game because a lot of teams do that 🤷‍♂️. All support is very much appreciated ⚽️⚫️🔴UTH🟡⚫️⚽️
