🩷A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM OUR USUAL POSTS…

Today we’re sharing something a little more personal, because we’d really love to help support Alfie on his journey!

You may recognise him around our FMA Solihull facility, where he trains with Heart of England Trampolining & DMT Club Heart of England ❤️🩶

At just 16, Alfie is a member of Great Britain’s Senior Development DMT Squad and he has just been crowned Senior British DMT Champion, becoming the youngest Senior Champion!🏆🇬🇧

It’s an incredible achievement and the result of years of hard work, dedication and commitment.

Now, Alfie has his sights set on his next big goal: competing at the World Age Group Competition in China🇨🇳

The trip is expected to cost around £2,800, covering flights, accommodation, meals and transfers. As a self-funded athlete, Alfie and his family are covering the cost themselves.

We’d love to help spread the word and get behind Alfie as he works towards representing Great Britain on the world stage🥳

🤍 Sometimes, gymnastics becomes so much more than gymnastics.

It starts with learning how to cartwheel, climb, jump and tumble…

But somewhere along the way, it becomes learning to believe in yourself.

It’s the little moments of bravery when something feels scary.
The excitement when you finally land the skill you’ve been working on.
The friendships made along the way.
The coaches who cheer you on when you don’t quite believe in yourself yet.
And the memories you’ll carry long after you’ve left the gym. ✨

We asked two of our gymnasts why they love gymnastics and how it has helped shape the people they are today.

And honestly… this is exactly why we do what we do. 🥹❤️

Because skills come and go, but the confidence, friendships and memories you build along the way can stay with you for life.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to one of our £3 taster sessions this week!

We’ve absolutely loved meeting so many new children and families, and seeing lots of smiling faces trying gymnastics, trampolining and new skills for the first time. 🤸‍♀️✨
