🏁 A Message before the weekend 🏁
Firstly, thank you to all of those who are booked in and supporting our 55th Fastest Man on Grass!
We can’t wait to welcome you all.
We would just like to say a few words before the weekend begins…
There is a huge amount of work that goes into running a club and putting on a meeting like Fastest Man on Grass. Our very small team, have been working hard behind the scenes organising the, booking in, sponsorship, priority parking, answering enquiries, trophies, and all of this is before the weekend has even started.
All we ask from you is please just be kind and respectful and use the bins provided!🗑️
If something happens over the weekend that you’re not happy with, please come and speak to a member of the committee or one of the team. We will do what we can for you, where possible. Please don’t go straight onto Facebook and plaster grievances all over social media. That doesn’t solve anything and normally just makes situations worse.
Everyone involved is human. Sometimes things will go wrong, sometimes mistakes will be made, and sometimes we’ll get things absolutely spot on. But everyone is there trying to do their job and ultimately trying to make sure people can race, spectate and have a fantastic weekend.
