Personally I’ve found nutrition being the hardest during lockdown. ⁣
Limited to three items per certain product has put me of sync with my nutrition, as prior to lockdown I had a system in place to make sure I was getting enough macro and micro nutrients. ⁣
The best advice I can give to you to over come this is. ⁣
