✨Client Transformation✨

Georgia wanted to lose weight when she came to me. Over 5 months, she steadily lost 10kg. She didn't starve herself, enjoyed a busy social life and actually enjoyed what she was eating.

Her confidence got a boost, her body image improved, she gets various compliments from friends/family about her results and she enjoys coming to the gym. Now she knows how to train to get results and how it keep it up.

Here's a few things that I've observed over the last year's...

Having a clear roadmap of point A to B can help keep you stay on track. It can keep you focused and not worry as much about all the other smalle distractions. If you have the smaller steps visualised as well, that can make bigger goals can seem much more achievable.

A little added pressure isn't always a bad thing, it can work wonders for people. A specific thing to work towards gives you propose and a reason for staying on track, especially if you set a date to achieve it by.

For when it may not work so well.
If you put all of your eggs in a goal basket. Just focusing on a single result could take away from enjoying the journey and the smaller victories.
If you only desire the outcome, what happens when you get there. Could you loose direction and purpose, perhaps.. you could also just set another one, however I would recommend learning to enjoy the process of change.

Some people find having a deadline, makes them more anxious & stressed. It's good to have an idea of what you want (e.g I would like to fit in my old cloths), however not being in a rush and taking small steps at a time, can be a much better approach for some.

Joel first came to me with the goal of losing weight.
He took his time, and lost weight slowly & at a steady rate.
From November 2022 - May 2023, he dropped down 9kg!
He didn't starve himself, he just reduced portion sizes & snacked less. He overall made more sensible choices with his food intake, as well as started exercising more.

He had other little aches/pains in his knee and shoulder, both previously injured. We were careful with that, we improved stability in those joints with strength training. They're not perfect, however, he noted they have improved since starting to train them.

He generally feels better day to day, not only due to being at a lighter body weight, but being much fitter. He chose cycling & rowing as his forms of cardio, both of which boosted his cardiovascular fitness greatly. Now, climbing stairs isn't such a task 😁

From going to barely exercising... to being able to Deadlift 100kg for 3 reps with no trouble, Rowing 3Km in under 13 mins, and reducing his body fat. It's safe to say he's a new man. He is now confident to come in on his own and enjoys regular exercise.

My name is Steffan, I'm here to give you a helping hand in your fitness journey, whatever stages you're at.

I first got into fitness at around 14, I was a bit overweight and very unfit. I couldn't run for more than a minute or two without almost collapsing. When I first came to the gym, I just did a little circuit around the cardio machines and a few weight machines... I had no clue what I was doing. Does any of this sound familiar?
When I decided to get a PT myself, I was shown how best to train to meet my goals. Now I enjoy Obstacle Course Races, Strength Training, Running & Swimming.

Over the years I enjoyed the journey and found it rewarding getting a little better each week. Now I want to help others get those same results.
