Good morning CrossFitters - The final workout for the CrossFit Open 2020 has been released!

And so here is my final week of top 5 stretches for post open WOD recovery to help minimise muscle soreness and prevent injury.

As always, try to do these straight after your workout, if not - as soon as you get home please!

Following the success of the first competition myself and David Taphouseโ€‹ have decided to try a second competition at the Box on Sunday 3rd December with a few upgrades and a few small changes!!

So... this time "GRAB YOURSELF A PARTNER" and get ready to conquer our V GAMES "SAME S*X PAIRS"

This competition will be following the same format as the previous version with the same group and knockout stages but with the addition of a Scaled knockout competition this time to ensure everyone gets the chance to go head to head.....

Once again sign up online here once you have your partner sorted

This time we would also like to add some prizes for the finalists, group winners and the overall winners and a bit more production/theater so we have decided we will charge a nominal fee of ยฃ20 per team. Hopefully this doesn't put anyone off.

Once again David will be in charge of the WODS and I will be in charge of the microphone so expect some excellent competition and commentary.
