The gym floor is set. 8 members per class, with their personal machine, stack of plates. Upon entering the session calls for it theyโll be able to collect a pair of DBs/KBs or a barbell to take to their workout space.

We may have been quiet over social media during lockdown but every day at 8am & 6pm throughout the week and 10.30am weekdays we have hosted a live class via Zoom that members have been able to join from the comfort of their living room. A recording is posted to Facebook daily for those who canโt make the live class to follow along maybe hit the pause button for a cheeky rest!
