It was awards night at Camberley CC and this lucky 7 were awarded a Replica CCC Helmet for outstanding individual achievements in matches over the season!

Big smiles for the U14 and U15 Girls as they celebrated the close of the season! The U14’s were runners up in their league!

🏆Best Bowler- Layla! Absolutely incredible season from her this year! She tops the league top 10 in both u14s and u15s despite only being 13. A total of 27 wickets in both age groups

🏆Best Batter- Naomi! She finished 2nd in the league for u14s with 2 not-out retirements. She has been consistent across both age groups and played her part for the team

🏆u14s Unsung Hero- Isla! After joining us in the winter, she has immediately slotted into the team. Stepping up to play across all age groups with determination. She got her first 6 in the first u14s game and her first retirement in the last

🏆u15s Unsung Hero- Hattie! Despite being one of the youngest in the side, she has played every u15s game this season and has stepped up to open the batting on several occasions and getting some high scores. She always puts 100% effort into every game

An amazing season for all the girls! We look forward to seeing how they get on next year! 🏏

U13 girls - Award Winners 2026!

They finished their season with 5 out of 7 wins!

🏆Player of the Season - Lily! She's made some incredible contributions with the bat in u13s, u14s, and u15s once as well. Despite being only 12.

🏆Debut of the Season - Eleanor! She got a maiden over as her first over for Camberley and scored her first 4 in the final match of the year.

🏆Unsung Hero - Liana! Despite being the youngest one in the team, she always turns up eager to play hard and do her best. She's taken several wickets this season and batted confidently against girls a lot older than her! 💚💛🏏

U13 Award Winners - 2026!

Best Batsman: Kayshan 🏏

A fantastic season for Kayshan, with a batting average of over 45 - 10 not outs or retirements across his 16 innings this year.

Best Bowler: Archie 🏏

Found his groove as a reliable, and at times unplayable, front line spinner this year, 21 wickets across all formats with an average of 9.81

Best all-rounder: Armaan 🏏

An incredible season for Armaan, with 24 wickets across all formats (as well as highest wicket taker in the Tier 1 league), 3 Tier 1 retirements and a 5-fer to his name. An outstanding year.

Best Fielder: Hugh 🏏

With 15 catches and 4 run outs this year, Hugh had more victims than any other non-wicketkeeping player across the club. Awesome stuff!

Most Improved: George 🏏

Plays the game in the right spirit, took his opportunity in Tier 1 with a fine knock, and worked on his bowling developing the now-famous ‘tickle ball’ to bamboozle even the best batsmen. Top work George! 🌟🏏💚💛

U12 Capybara Awards

Most Improved 🏏

Ayden “the finisher”. Always been a great bowler so batting was the focus this season. He often hit the winning runs (and got ‘not out’ in every game he played.) He was then asked to open and he retired not out. Massive improvement in batting and for carrying his bat through the season!

Best Batter 🏏

Matthew “the backbone” (highest league average of 97, 3 retirements - bats with most of the team through many innings!!) As an oppo coach said “he’s just like Joe Root”. Cool. calm and reliable with a classic batting style. In the world of instagram shorts of big shots, bazball and an IPL boundary obsession - every team needs a Matthew to keep it real!

Best Bowler 🏏

Chanketh “Chanks” (8 wickets through the season, best figures of 3-18 against a good Valley End side. Always at the club working on strength and power and look forward to seeing where he’s going!

Best all rounder 🏏

Barney “barnes” - nicknamed “the Camberley Ben Stokes” by the oppo coach. We’ll brush over the nightclub side of things with that … most catches and run outs, most runs, 217 from 9 innings with 4 retirements, 6 wickets with the ball and a supporting leader on the pitch even if he’s not captain.
