Babies cry, feeds happen, nappies get changed, and you're always free to step away when you need to. Coming alone? You'll be welcomed just the same.
Postnatal life is full of ups and downs, and this is a space where you can just turn up as you are.

Me and Ava are off on holiday next week!!
There will be no classes for the next 2 weeks.
Next week and Monday 1st June we will be away with an 8 hour time difference so if you do message and I take a while to reply that it why!
I will still be checking bookings and messages occasionally.
The rest of the second week I will be around and able to respond more easily.
I will just be recovering from jet leg and getting ready to get back to classes!
Classes will return on Tuesday 9th June, so make sure you are booked on and ready for our summer season!!
