💙🩷💙🩷 WHOOP WHOOP CALLING ALL LIFTGROOVERS at LiftGroove Fitness Collective WE ARE BACK TOMORROW evening in QUY @ Quy Village Hall 6:15 - 7:15pm...YES this one is a FULL hour class crew!! Nothing like getting straight back to it 😉

So my Sunday consists of practicing ALL of our incredible NEW tracks. WOW I'm excited for our new set! You are either gonna LOVE ME 😍 or HATE ME 😫 team (as always) behave got some awesome body weight sets, dumbells sets, and our STRETCH pilates and yoga for cool down...OMG you won't want to ever get out of these poses team!! 🧘‍♀️

I have missed you all so much and I'm very much looking forward to being back to class with you all next week for LiftGroove, Clubbercise and Assassin Let's GO TEAM!

📣 I'M SO VERY EXCITED TO SHARE that LiftGroove is NOW under a new business brand 😍🙌😍

This is something NEVER initially expected I would do when I came into the fitness sector, let alone develop my own fitness classes and brand, but it is now the right time and totally fitting with the launch of LIFTGROOVE, launched a year ago next month, plus along with EVERYTHING that I provide of classes, this is an exciting dream come true to have my very own fitness business! I can't wait to watch all of our classes continue to grow with all the love and support of my dear LiftGroovers, Clubbers and Assassins and BIGGEST supporters of all, my dear family! 🥰

SO here's the very funky new logo, and with more/new classes being added to the timetable into the Autumn and winter and my monthly membership being offered to provide community fitness class flexibility and accessibility for EVERYONE to achieve their goals 🎯

It was a super class this morning with soooo many giggles and fun. Thank you Legends for making classes AWESOME! Absolute stars you all are! I'll see you all again now on 20th August to finish off the summer sessions before we hit it hard for September! Will miss ya'll! 💙🩷💙
