Hello Everyone!

My name is Rob and I am a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor who has recently moved back to the area.

I am starting a Fitness Boot Camp from Monday the 14th of July, at Landbeach Village Hall

The Boot Camp will be for all fitness levels, and consist of various workouts each week, using a range of different equipment 🔥

I want to build a fitness community for the local area, in which everyone can feel supported and motivated to achieve their fitness goals, whilst also having fun along the way!

Sessions will run from 5:45-6:30pm
