Parent/Carer & Teen Wellbeing Workshop We believe wellbeing isn’t one-dimensional. It’s about the body, emotions, nervous system, and relationships working together. This workshop offers a safe, supportive space for parents and teens to slow down, learn practical tools, and strengthen connection — together. It’s not about fixing or forcing change. It’s about understanding, resilience, and building skills that support everyday life, both individually and as a family. 😍 What to expect (10am–12pm): • Low-impact movement to support gentle strength and mobility • Stretching and breathwork to calm the nervous system • Guided group coaching focused on resilience, self-regulation, and emotional understanding • Interactive, supportive activities designed to encourage reflection and connection This morning is suitable for all abilities and requires no prior experience. 🎁A gift for you…12 days of Wellbeing! ⏳This time of year can be overwhelming for lots of reasons and amidst it all I hope we can find small pockets of time and take care ourselves too. 👣The smallest steps and actions can often make a big difference. 🌀Follow along here each day for 12 small somatic movements that I have found help release tension. 🗓️We’ll start on 13th December and finish on Christmas Eve. I will post a different movement for each day. 💜Each one takes only a minute or so and you can add them together as we go, just do the one - or pick and mix. ⚛️These movements are not whole workouts or sequences, they’re very small movements that can help bring a sense of safety to your nervous system.
