Training at Keys Park Stadium with the first team.
It really shows what an opportunity youngsters have here at the club being able to gain exposure and value testing themselves against our first team squad..well done lads..⚽⚫⚪✅

They have worked so hard, the attitude and application from them all has been very impressive.

It's been a fantastic start for the brand new MFYL U18 squad.
The squad is really taking shape and it's still evolving as we look forward to starting our North Division League campaign at home to Wem Town on Wednesday 19th August, 7.30pm kick off.

Over the last 10 days the youngsters have played 3 pre-season friendlies.
Stafford Town 2-2, Stapenhill 0-2 and Borrowash Victoria 2-1.
It's been great to see the youngsters in action and gives the coaches and staff to get to know the players in readiness for the new season.

We look forward to welcoming players interested in joining the MFYL U18 Squad as well as players already signed and playing friendly for the club on Monday 3rd August 1pm to 3pm at 5's Pavilion Sports Ground, Bradbury Lane, Hednesford.

Approximately 10 per week.
Training Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
2 hour sessions.
Wednesday matchday, all day.
Paid position.

Hednesford Town FC Scholarship Programme are looking for a Goalkeeping Coach for this coming year.

Paid role, approximately 10 hours per week.
Training Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Matchday Wednesday.

Last night the brand new Hednesford Town FC MFYL U18 group travelled to Stafford Town to play in our first pre-season friendly.
The game finished 2-2.
It was a fantastic spectacle, giving many watching real enthusiasm, as the youngsters played very well considering they haven't played together before as a team.

The next pre-season fixtures are
Monday 27th July v Stapenhill FC, 7.30pm KO
Wednesday 29th July v Borrowash Victoria, 7.30pm KO
(Both games to be played at Stapenhill FC)

We are holding a MFYL U18 Open Trial Session on Monday 3rd August, 1pm to 3pm at 5's Pavilion & Sports Ground, Bradbury Lane.
