We should have opened in June last year šŸ˜‚ but things took longer than expected so we said September, that also didnā€™t go to plan, so it ended up as Octoberā€¦. But the rehab gym did open in September so we were almost there

Millie is bringing Monday 7:30am and Wednesday 7:30am back to the schedule and she will doing Sunday! If you canā€™t get on the Saturday classes you now have the option for a not too early Sunday class

Itā€™s been a year now, (almost). We need to evolve. Our clients have evolved and we need to keep up.

New class formats, new challenges, new instructors

Beginner - for those brand new
Foundations - for those who want to focus on the fundamentals and build their base
Mixed ability - levels and adaptations for everyone
Athletic- more advanced and dynamic
Strength - Slower movements, longer holds
Active - a mixture of reformer and jump board
Tower - is its own beast
