Am ysbrydoliaeth! What an inspiration!
Despite a difficult build to the marathon, Judi went to Boston with a target of breaking 4 hours - and she absolutely smashed it! đđťđĽ
She has shown so much strength and determination over the past weeks and persevered when many would have given up.
Now for a well earned rest before getting back to it and setting some new goals! đšđ§đźââď¸

Racing a cross country event soon? Fancy having a go? Why not join in with a coaching session this Saturday. đđźââď¸đđť
With 20 years experience of racing cross country I am offering a training session to practice running over grass, mud and hills as well as share my experiences and tips.
Weather looks to be lovely atm but please keep in mind that we will be running on grass / muddy terain so bring appropriate shoes, clothing and a drink.
I will be asking for ÂŁ2 for non coached athletes. Please comment below if you intend on attending.

I am so excited to see my athletes chace their dreams and get those pbs - you have worked so hard! đđťđĽ
Having raced the Cardiff half so many times in the past, I know how amazing the atmosphere is. The city really does know to hold an event and come out too cheer.
A few last minute tips:
* set a target pace and stick to it ( don't get too excited)
* stick to what you know, no new clothing, shoes, gels.
* set out a race day plan; when to have breakfast, what time do you need to leave, when to do final warm up before getting into the pen.
* prepare for the weather conditions and bring some spare clothes for post race
* Don't forget to soak it all in, have fun and smile

Happy global running day!!! đââď¸đ
Running has taken me on an adventure since starting back in 2004! I have travelled to some amazing races across Europe, represented Wales numerous times, and ran times that were only crazy dreams back then.
Completing my coaching qualifications and begining my coaching journey brings me so much joy to be able to help someone else achieve their running dream âď¸

After smashing the 1 mile race on Friday they were back at it last night at the 5km with more brilliant performances đđť đđťđĽ
đ´ finished with 16.45 - his fastest 5km since 2021!
đ˘ .walker_ got another pb with 20.58! First time sub 21, she started the year with a pb of 22.30!!
đ´ was a few seconds of her sb with 22.18 - backing up a brilliant mile race from Friday!!
Well done all - excited to see how the rest of the year goes!! đđť
