It’s really important for me to feel the energy in a new environment before I hold space for my students there. I recently did just that with our new event space and I’ve got to say I am now even more in love with it 💙 Bookings are open for our first event here on Wednesday 25th September, get in touch to join us xx VIN2YIN: Flowing into Stillness 7-9pm £20 A time to energise and relax. Reconnect with yourself whilst releasing stress and tension, in this two hour class that explores the interplay between effort and ease. We will explore both energetic and calming pranayama practices (breath work), mindful movements to stretch, strengthen and release the physical body and finish with a restorative practice to reset and relax both body and mind. If you have never been to a yoga and sound bath event before then I promise you they go so nicely together. Like peas in a pod 😍 Such a good combo to both energise and relax body and mind all in one 💙

I’ll be leading the yoga part and (you can find her on Instagram) will be doing the sound therapy.

We're doing it again! Cloudstar Yoga and Elliecoptor are running another half day hoop and yoga workshop. The last one was so much fun! This time it will be Halloween themed so expect scary songs and ghoulish choreography. Also, we'd love you to join us in fiendish fancy dress! Expect a lush warm up yoga session with Claudia to set our bodies and minds for the next session of hula hoop tricks with Elliecoptor. Then we'll supply you with hot drinks and snacks, then back to it with some hula hoop choreography and then a wind down yoga session with Claudia.
