24 - 30 August: 7 Marathons in 7 days across the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path in memory of Ray Williams, and raising funds and awareness for Prostate Cymru!
Near the end of 2014, my girlfriend Katy's grandfather, Ray Williams, passed away. Ray was a wonderful and inspiring individual, who dedicated almost four decades to the national and indeed worldwide development of the game of Rugby Union. Widely acclaimed as a 'pioneer', and 'coaching colossus' in the rugby world, Ray received the highest honour in world rugby with when he recieved the Vernon Pug

More funds raised today for Prostate Cymru at the Cardiff half with Jo and Kate - good fun but nothing on our glorious coastline! Run for Ray update - still counting the £££'s - presentation planned for early November - I'll let everyone know the final figure soon, it's looking good : )

DAY 7: PRAG DAY - last day! 24 great miles from neyland Marina to fresh west, then a mad dash from druidston haven to little haven. Well done to today's runners including Nick James, Lawrence Hancock, Joe Howell, Jason James, and Leigh Schvartz. What a fantastic finish!! Over £5400 on just giving with well over £1000 outstanding. DAY 6: GD Harries & Sons ltd Day. Whitesands to Solva then Fresh West to Broad Haven South. Bring on the weekend bring on the runners! YES Ben Charles, YES Phil Bevan, YES Becky & Leigh (from London), and YES Garry - who drove from London to run one session!! Fewer photos but good mileage! Thank you all : )

Day 5: Sue Pile Day. Lydstep - Broad Haven South, Solva - Druidston, then St Brides - Little Haven. Great to have Kate and Rach along for a few miles this morning then James Skudder all afternoon - needed the help! Nice interview with BBC Wales too. Photo of the Day today is an absolute beauty!!!
