Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is currently developing a new Empty Homes Strategy for 2026 – 2031.

Our vision is ‘To bring empty homes back into use as safe, good quality housing that meets local need, supports thriving communities and makes the best use of our existing stock across Rhondda Cynon Taf’.

The consultation provides residents with the opportunity to comment and contribute to the final draft of the Strategy.
