Women in ICT and Construction (WIC) Wales is an innovative online and face to face network to support women working within ICT and Construction in Wales
Aimed at women who live or work in the Convergence areas of Wales, the network aims to: Provide an online meeting place and forum; encourage and support women to remain and progress in the field; provide links to mentors and role models; offer access to training and development opportunities; create links with employers and training providers to inspire more women into comnstruction.
