LEARN TO PLAY TASTER DAY

Sunday 10th May – 9am until 1pm

Your Hosts: Rosemary, Hazel and Dave

About the Day:

Please arrive promptly for a 9am meet and greet.

What to Wear? Flat soled leisure shoes or trainers – casual clothing, a warm/waterproof jacket is handy this time of year! Maybe a small bottle of water for when you’re on the lawn. It’s all very relaxed.

PLAN FOR THE DAY

9.00 – Meet and Greet

9.15 – Choose your Mallet (provided) – size and weight are important

9.30 – Tutorial on the Lawn – holding the mallet, ball hitting practice – short and long shots, hitting another ball out of your path, getting a ball through a hoop!

11.00 – Coffee/Tea and Biscuits break (provided)

11.30 - Have a go at playing a game! Practice your learned shots

12.45 – Return Mallet to Store – say our goodbyes!

You will be made to feel very welcome – it’s a social game with time for chatting in between shots and practice. Comfort breaks are whenever needed, toilet facilities are in the Clubhouse.
