Great day at Dalserf primary school in ashgill delivering our taster sessions for all primary 1-7.
Followed by some lunch at gouldings garden centre 😊

Thank you to the kids, teachers and parents for allowing us this opportunity and we hope we have inspired some kids to take up sport and fitness, no matter what sport, go out there and give it a go, health and wellbeing is so important and to learn it at a young age is brilliant.

Our door is always open to anyone wanting to get fit, build confidence, learn self defence, get disciplined or just have some fun. Not everyone needs to go in the ring and compete, we cater for all needs, wants and abilities. 😊
