Great training session at Llandewi last night, great send off for Leo who's off to university. It has been an honour and a privilege to watch him grow from the shy 4yr old who joined Harmony Aikido club 14yrs ago to the wonderful young man he is today and we all wish him the best on his academic journey. Hope he come back to visit us soon. Wishing lots of luck and love for the future. 😃❤🥋###

We would like to say a massive Congratulations to Katie Francis on passing her 1st Dan Black belt (Shodan) and to Lynne Berridge and Sky J John John (Jane) on passing their 2nd Dan Black belt (Nidan) at the Shin Gi Tai Summer School last week.
We are so so proud of you. All 3 ladies trained so hard not just this week but also in the months running up to their gradings. Lynne and Jane have always been committed students, always training so hard and have helped Harmony Aikido club to keep running and progresssing. Katie was the Shining Star 🌟 of this years SGT Summer School and demonstrated amazing power and technique throughout the week.
We at Harmony Aikido club are all so proud of each of you and it was an honour to watch your outstanding performance during your gradings and to see you all get up infront of everyone and do such amazing Aikido. We cannot wait to see you progress further and continue to shine. It was an amazing week for Harmony Aikido club.

Congratulations to River on passing his junior 5th kyu/yellow belt. River did a good grading and has shown a steady improvement in the required techniques. River also showed a good understanding of the Japanese names for the techniques. Well done River, keep up the good work.😃

A huge Congratulations to Harmony students Jimbo Ashe who passed his 4th Dan Black belt and Alan Houghton who passed his 2nd Dan black belt this week at the annual Shin Gi Tai Aikido Society Summer School. Jim and Alan did awesome gradings and trained extremely hard all week. Jim demonstrated his excellent flare and uniqueness in his techniques and weapon work and Alan showed good power in his Aikido.
They both did us all proud and we were so happy to have them representing our club.
Well done guys you really deserve your promotion in grade.😃🥋

We would also like to say a big well done to all the other Harmony students who trained so hard this week. To Dave, Lindsay, Leo, Lynne, Tim, Wendy, Jane and especially our Killer Katie. You all represented our club to the highest standard.

We would like to say a huge Congratulations to Andrew who passed his 3rd kyu/Green belt last night in Pembrey dojo. Andrew did an outstanding grading demonstrating all 6 of the required katas to a very high standard. Andrew showed some very good variations and also did the extra techniques that are usually only done for 1st Dan. Andrew's jo and bokken kata was excellent for his grade and his ukeing is of a high standard. Andrew's kokyunage multimam attack was wonderful to watch and he showed great flow, movement and energy.
Andrew always gives 100% in every class is a credit to Harmony Aikido club and Shin Gi Tai Aikido Society.
Well done dude, you really deserve your promotion in grade. 😃🙏

We are happy to announce lots of achievements and promotions for the Harmony students during this weeks Wednesday class in Pembrey dojo.

Congratulations to Jude and Angelica who trained hard and earned their 2nd yellow stripe towards their junior 5th kyu/Yellow belt.

Congratulations to George who after lots of hard work has been awarded his junior 6th kyu/White belt.

A big Congratulations to Miya, Charlie, James and Lockie who have been very dedicated in their training showing a great improvement in all aspects of their Aikido and have earned their junior 5th kyu/Yellow belt.

A special Congratulations to Zoe who was not only awarded her junior 5th kyu/Yellow belt but was also awarded a black stripe for training like a black belt. Zoe is always well behaved and focuses 100% during every class.

Well done all. Keep up the good work 😃🙏

A Big Congratulations to Tanwen and Willow who passed their junior 5th kyu/Yellow belt in Llanddewi velfrey Dojo. Tanwen and Willow did excellent gradings showing a very good understanding of both of the required katas and demonstrated good fire amd focus during their kokyunage multiman attacks. They also work well with the other students and are very helpful in class.

Congratulations to Braxson and Amelia who passed their junior 6th kyu/White belts last week. Braxson and Amelia have been very focused since joining the club and this showed while they were demonstrating their techniques. They have both improved in their ukemi and it was great to see them showing so much energy during their kokyunage multiman attacks.

We would like to Congratulate Feli on passing his junior 4th Kyu/Orange belt last night in Pembrey dojo. Feli did an outstanding grading demonstrating all the techniques from the required katas to an extremely high standard and his ukemi is excellent. Feli is a dedicated and hard working student who always gives 100% and is always very patient and encouraging when helping the other students.
Well done Feli you really deserve your new grade. 😃🙏

Congratulations to Wyc who passed his 5th kyu/Yellow belt last Monday in Llanddewi velfrey dojo.
Wyc did an excellent grading demonstrating both of the required katas to a very high standard. Wyc also showed good control and stamina in his multiman attack and very good improvement in his ukemi.
Well done Wyc, you really deserve your promotion in grade. 😃🙏
