Yoga for....holiday people! Still on school hols? Can't commit to every week, or find it hard to stick to a routine class? Never mind. Drop-in always available. No need to go to the same class each week. Do one that suits. Some yoga is better than no yoga 😊

Purchase pass and book online via the Maitri Studio website https://maitristudio.net/students, or just turn up and pay cash / card on the day.

Mon / Thurs / Fri 10am - beginners, slower paced
Tues 11.30am - chair-based yoga if you can't get to the floor
Mon 7.45pm, Tues & Thurs 6pm - beginners / ongoing
Mon 6pm & Tues 7.30pm - longer term Iyengar yoga practitioners

My next 6 week yoga course starts Monday 22nd June at Eden Community Centre.
Beginner friendly.
Just bring a yoga mat and a small blanket.
