A great Wednesday Adults Class yesterday. A real difficult one with most of the class spent sparing. We are seeing how much you all are improving with each week and that’s because of how much everyone is showing their dedication to the club and the sport as a whole. Osssss Carlson Gracie!.

A huge congratulations to our own Collis Martin on his incredible achievement receiving his brown belt. It is a great honour and privilege to recognise the hard work and years of dedication Collis has put towards Jiu-Jitsu. We are proud of how our team continues to grow and develop.
