Another magical evening at the Secret Sound Bath on Friday. 🌿✨

Resting beneath the boughs of ancient trees, connecting with the Earth and the changing season, we slowed right down and simply rested.

The children who joined us snuggled up beneath the trees — and some even fell asleep. 🤍

It was extra special to share this practice with Lark, who played handpan and bowls alongside me.

Medicine Festival feels like a little remembering.

Gathering on the land, beneath the trees.
Taking off our shoes. Breathing deeper. Listening.
Remembering what it feels like to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

And amongst all of it, the gift of precious time spent chatting, resting and just being with my beautiful friend Kate Kate Forde 🤍

🌑 Under the Eclipse Sky

Tonight, as we gather at The Soul Space, there will be a solar eclipse unfolding above us.

Eclipses have long been considered powerful moments for turning inward — a time to pause, become still and listen a little more deeply.

Rather than rushing to manifest or make things happen, eclipse time invites us into quiet observation. A moment to notice what is being revealed, what we may be ready to release, and what no longer needs our energy.

And I love that tonight, this will be happening above our little studio while we practise together. ✨

Our Pregnancy Yoga mamas will be resting in Savasana as the eclipse reaches its peak — held in stillness, with their babies resting within them. There feels like something rather beautiful about that.

For all of us, tonight’s practice is an invitation to soften, breathe and turn inward.

To remember that not every moment needs action.

Sometimes we simply need to be still enough to witness what is changing.
