✨ “Your Monday evening called… it wants to be more than the sofa and scrolling.”

Monday nights are for leaving the chaos behind for an hour.

No emails.
No washing up.
No taxi service for the kids.
No endless to-do lists.

Just time for YOU.

Our Pilates class is full of friendly faces, plenty of laughs and movement that helps you feel less stiff, less achy and more like yourself again.

You’ll leave feeling:
💛 Looser and more comfortable
💛 More energised
💛 Less stressed
💛 Stronger and more confident
💛 Ready to take on the rest of the week

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need fancy gym gear.
You don’t even need to know what Pilates is!

Just bring yourself and we’ll take care of the rest.
