North Macedonia defence engagement visit 🇲🇰

British Army Men’s Senior Football Team 26/27 season is under way with the squad currently in North Macedonia as part of an international Defence Engagement visit.

The opening day in Skopje provided an excellent opportunity to get the squad back together and onto the training pitch beginning preparations for the season ahead whilst continuing to build relationships through sport.

Away from training, the squad also had the opportunity to experience some of North Macedonia - visiting Matka Canyon and taking in the incredible landscape surrounding the city.

Visits like this provide far more than an opportunity to play football and it allows our players and staff to represent the British Army overseas, engage with our international partners and experience different cultures and environments along the way.

A fantastic start to the visit and the beginning of another exciting season for Army Mens Football.
