From all at the club, we want to say a big thank you to all the volunteers who have made teas, helped with maintenace, ground works, and pitch preperation this year. Despite the dry weather weve turned out some great pitches and put out some belting teas, good enough to be ranked 7th in The Yorkshire Premier League North Ground Marks table.

Thanks as always to our amazing sponspors, who continue helping us make this possible. Keith Taylor Estate Agents and Residential Lettings, Cawood Property Maintenance, Jolly Sailor Cawood, The Pickled Postie Cawood, Digital Missives, Soverign Lofts and Jims pizzas.

Cheers all for a great year, up the wood.

With the good weather fading fast, we enter the final game of the season, with a possible 2nd place and promotion tantalisingly close.

A win is a must and other results are needed too, but like a scottish world cup the dream is still there.

Big thank you to all our sponsors this year, your support makes such a difference.

Cricket here at the MCG (Maypole Cricket Ground) has often be described as agricultural. But it turns out this may have its roots in the medieval ridge and furrow system under the field, not just a disliking of basball!
