Our performance is based on our commitment to training...but that is of no benefit unless we believe in ourselves. Without that you will never deliver on your ability!

Some athletes bring shoes to me because they don't have food each shoes 1k, it all 4 pairs of shoes,two training shoes and two racing shoes but little big to me but I can use them too. They have already left them and I have promise evening hours I will get money just 4k, and I want to donate 2 pairs to different athletes too, if possible make it happen mate, giving others hope to chase their dreams too.

Just imagine this scenario.
Joseph is not in my team in Kenya, but a good friend and with whom I am in contact every week.
To put it into context 1ksch is circa £6.00...just to get food.
I visit again next month.
