Carol Hall Pilates Pilates for all
We all have challenges - don't let these stop you from enjoying Pilates - I haven't! I love fitness, Pilates in particular.

I believe we can all be stronger, with increased mobility and overall fitness
Classes Wed and Friday evenings in Heald Green I been doing classes for years and decided to get qualified to teach. I hope that I can inspire others by showing that whatever your challenges, you can participate in Pilates. I have Crohn's disease, with a stoma, a line in my chest for HPN (home parenteral nutrition) due to my inability to absorb nutrients adequately, plus associated osteoporosis, and I am a cancer survivor. None of this has prevented me from not only participating, but really progressing. Get in touch if you wish to chat further
