Mixed Martial Arts Club Our class structure allows a vast knowledge base of mixed martial arts with Karate being our foundation . We offer a free 4 class trial .

Our classes are run in a friendly environment suitable for all ages starting from 5 years old . We also run Self Defence , Boxercise , Cardio Fitness , Padwork combinations classes .
