“Vanderpump organ donation smoothie challenge”

You have to down a pint of pink smoothie in 9 seconds or less.

-Why 9 seconds? Because you can save as many as 9 lives when you become an organ donor.
-why pink? Because it is the established colour for organ donors.

The challenge
-Get a pink smoothie
-Set a 9 second timer
-Drink the smoothie before 9 seconds is up
-Whatever you don’t drink gets poured over your head.

Do the challenge, film it, pop it on social media to spread awareness, nominate people you want to do the challenge.

Really proud of Alan on this one.

No extremes, no perfection—just better decisions, consistency, and staying on track even when things weren’t ideal.

Well this was delightful.

12 weeks ago I qualified for a comp and I decided it was time to bring my bodyweight down so I could move faster while maintaining my strength. Having worked with in 2020 to lose my lockdown weight I once again asked Laura for help. She accepted the challenge and the results you can see for yourself.

I went from 98kg, training hard but no structure to my nutrition and eating whatever I want to 88kg training no different than I normally do but tracking my daily intake of food and making small changes to my lifestyle to get the best results.
