It’s easy to get caught up in the milestones.
The first smile.
The first word.
The first steps.
But sometimes it’s the little things we’ll miss the most.
The hand they reach out for.
The excitement on their face.
The way they look back to make sure you’re still there.
One day, these moments will be memories.
So take the photos.
Sing the songs.
Make the memories.
Because they won’t stay little forever. 💙

One minute they’re babies watching the world go by.
The next they’re running over to collect the instruments, singing along and joining in with all the actions. 💙
Watching little ones grow in confidence and personality is one of my favourite parts of this job.
And somehow, it all happens in the blink of an eye.
