On this day 10 years ago, I was handed a mobile phone in an office the size of a shoe box and a database of over 400 names that had registered an interest in whatever road car McLaren made next.
On that same day, 1,000 people were given that mobile number, with the announcement that McLaren were launching McLaren Automotive with the MP4-12C and were told to call that mobile to discuss their interest!
Over 3,000 phone calls within days later, the fun times of Alastair Bols working with McLaren had begun.

It hasn’t stopped ever since - 10years, and roughly 600 McLarens sold later, here we are.
Many great people and new friends met on the road, with its’ ups and downs along the way, but with similar software updates and upgrades to the machines, I will continue to improve, learn and work hard to make Alastair Bols ltd one of the most welcoming (social distance welcoming high 5’s aside), trustworthy and professional places to sell or buy a McLaren or any Supercar from.
Thank you especially to Simon Everett and Sinan Omer, FFCannon-Bols, H, friends at MTC and most of all to every customer that has ever worked with me any way; your trust and on going support is the life blood to the business and always, always appreciated.
