London Marathon completed with the Farleigh Hospice gang. What an event and really pleased with money raised for this amazing charity.

Thanks so much to the legends attending my yoga class at the Dengie 100 Sports centre this morning. Not exactly a comfortable yoga studio but still they come and smash an hour of yoga. 🧘
