Fitness With April

Hello all! Not many classes left with me until January 2022. Here's the list!

Spin cheltenham. 7.10pm. 45mins. Tues 14th..Thurs 16th..Tues 21st..Thurs 23rd..

Then we restart on Tuesday 4th January..back to a 7pm start!

Last zumba this year is Friday 17th! At the hindu Community Centre..Swindon Road.. £4 pay as you go. 6pm..1hr long. We restart on Friday 7th January!

Evening all. One more 'free' zumba session on Friday. Then we resume paying £4 a session from Friday 19th November. Pay as you go. No contract. See you soon for a wiggle xx

Please note no Zumba on Friday 23rd July as I'm off out for the evening!

Wow. What a week! I cant describe how happy I am to be back teaching. ❤. I've really missed it. Had such fun and loved seeing everyone's energy..sweat and tired faces! Same next week? X

I've been putting the hours in so I'm ready to commence teaching again!

All being good you'll see me every Tuesday and thursday for spin at simply gym Cheltenham. 7.10pm start..45mins.. yes I am doing another permanent class there woop woop!

Zumba also will resume on fridays from 6.30pm. For an hour. Pay as you go at the hindu community centre Swindon road.
