Maria is a lifelong dance lover who trained in ballet, has spent years enjoying dance fitness classes, taught younger dancers as a teenager, and by her own admission dances her way through housework, parenting, and pretty much life in general! (So ChiChi 😉)

Add in a love of musicals, a habit of singing when she's not dancing, and a favourite show of SIX, and we think you'll agree she is very much one of us already 👑

We absolutely love welcoming instructors who already teach other fitness programmes and want to add something completely different to their timetable. Something with a little more razzle-dazzle and a whole lot of showtunes.

And although you do not need to be a fitness expert to become a ChiChi Fit instructor, it makes us incredibly proud to hear that, even alongside everything else Sheila has taught, ChiChi Fit still holds the number-one spot in her heart 🤗

Cue the applause and roll out the red carpet because we are excited to officially welcome new ChiChi Fit instructor NEL to the cast ✨🎭💃

Based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, Nel will soon be bringing the magic of ChiChi Fit to the area, and trust us when we say, this girl is an absolute STAR 🌟

In Nel’s words:

“I want to bring the energy and passion of musical theatre into the fitness world! I really believe fitness should be fun and accessible for all ages and abilities.

I want my classes to be uplifting and make you feel incredible. Like the star you are!”
