SUNDAY 15th September❗️Branch Warren and James will be hosting a Q&A at 1pm 🎤 and this will be followed by a deadlift competition; body weight max repetitions for 90seconds. We will crown one male and one female winner who will each receive a $150 gift card from GASP/Betterbodies.
A fun day in the gym that will include Goodiebags 🛍️ and free samples!
