⭐ Free Pilates & Barre taster sessions this January! ⭐

Have you been thinking about trying Pilates or wondering what Barre is? Well now’s your chance to try a small, friendly session at the Royal Oak Pub, Prestbury 💪

My aim is to make exercise accessible (and enjoyable!) for everyone! So whether you’re new to fitness, looking to tone up or are rehabilitating from pain or injury, we can tailor each class to your individual needs.

Suitable for all levels of experience - various levels of challenge are offered for exercises
Affordable - just £8 with a 6 session class pass (valid for 2 months) or £10 per class
Lots of classes to choose from - weekend, evening and morning classes running
No commitment - book as you like via an app - mix and match classes to suit childcare, work and holiday - no need to commit to a course or a regular day/time!

You can join any regular session or a specific Beginner’s Pilates session this January, running on:
Wednesday 7th - 11.15am -12
Sunday 11th - 11.15am -12
Monday 12th -6.15pm-7pm

Some of you may not know that as well as pilates, I have a passion for crafts and also run an Etsy shop called ! 🖌️

So I’m combing my passions and running a series of festive Pilates and/or craft events over the coming weeks 🎄 All include food, drinks and craft materials - just bring yourself and maybe friend or two!

🍺 FREE men-only Pilates class followed by an optional social pint in the pub!* Held at the Royal Oak Pub, Prestbury from 7-7.45pm on Tuesday 19th November.

This is a one-off introductory session suitable for all ages and abilities, including complete beginners.

With a maximum of 14 in the session, you'll receive personalised attention to ensure you're carrying out the exercises with the correct form to maximise the benefits and help you progress with confidence.

After the session, you can head into the pub to enjoy a well deserved Pint! 🎉
