A huge thank you to all the children, parents and amazing volunteers who came along and made this morning so special. 👏

It was fantastic seeing so many children proudly wearing their new milestone shirts. You all looked amazing and what a brilliant achievement! 🎉

Thank you to the volunteers who supported our 25 runners today. We do really need volunteers each and every week to ensure we can go ahead safely.

Teddy and Isaac showed off their new milestone T-shirts, with Isaac providing finish line treats. Thank you!

A big shout out to young Freya for helping with our warm up today, her first volunteering credit showing it’s never too young to start your volunteer journey and working towards a volunteer wristband.

This is a great opportunity to get a Blue Peter badge!

Come and try junior parkrun at least three times to be eligible to apply. Juniors will need some guidance on how to apply and share their parkrun experience.

A Blue Peter badge gives children free entry to hundreds of Blue Peter Badge attractions across the UK, including zoos, castles and other fantastic attractions! 🏰🦁🎢

What a fantastic morning at Cheshunt Junior parkrun! 🎉

There were lots of smiles as we handed out both our new and remaining milestone wristbands. Two very excited girls were thrilled to receive their new milestone, and with a couple of girls due their marathon wristbands from our old wristbands, it only felt right to celebrate their achievements today. 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this morning, and an extra special thank you to our incredible volunteers. Your enthusiasm, encouragement and support make every Sunday possible. We couldn't do it without you.

If you're new to parkrun, it's quick and free to register for your barcode before your first run.

📍 We start at 9:00am, so please arrive by 8:55am for the pre run briefing.

Junior parkrun is open to children aged 4 to 14 years, and parents are welcome to run alongside their child or cheer from the sidelines.
