Together we managed to raise over £420 in aid of the crisis in Ukraine! 🇺🇦
Our cage coach also was able to use this to go to her home town in Poland and buy essentials needed for the refugee children who have fled the violence. As you swipe through you will see just how much your donations have helped !❤️🔥

Our Cage Instructor and Personal Trainer Karolina comes from a community in Poland, where they are accomodating Ukrainian citizens who were forced to evacuate their homes as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. We are raising funds to send to this village to help towards taking care of these families. The funds will go towards food, clothes and other essentials.
We are holding this Military style Bootcamp at 6:30pm today to raise funds for this great cause and would greatly appreciate any donations!
Even if you cannot attend the Bootcamp, any donations are welcome!
