❤️🐴 MINI CAMP 2026 🐴❤️

What an amazing, fun and educational 3 days we have had for all our camp attendees. We were extremely fortunate to start the camp with a fascinating talk from a member of the mounted police, who doubles as a livery with us and originally started her riding journey within our riding school.

We continued the fun with ridden pole work, flatwork, obstacle courses and dressage lessons. A farrier demonstration was also given (with the very cute Dinky being on her best behaviour!) so everyone could get a good look at how the horses feet are looked after.

A rider demo was also shown by the extremely talented Ellie Lethaby on her own homebred (and happy accident) Roo. Ellie, who also started her riding career within a riding school, showed exactly what was possible with a good amount of dedication and determination if you wish to progress your riding further and took her time to make sure she answered all our attendees keen questions.

Finally we rounded off the 3 days with a dressage competition amongst all attendees, to which every single rider did themselves extremely proud! Despite a large amount of nerves and anxiety for something that was totally new for them all, they pushed through and all rode beautiful tests upon equally beautiful horses.

Well done to all who took part. We hoped you learnt lots of new skills and had as much fun as we did over the 3 days!

A special thank you to our instructors Vivian, Jennifer and Remee who worked efficiently to make this camp a success, as well as our yard and office staff who keep it all running smoothly behind the scenes to help make these activities possible.

As you will be aware the temperatures are reaching rather high numbers over the next week. Due to this we may contact you to change lesson type/times etc. If you are riding with us please do take hydration seriously and bring plenty of water for your ride. Lessons may be of a slower pace to keep our horses happy in the heat. Thank you as always for your ongoing support and enjoy the weather sensibly 🐴❤️

We had our first session with Flying Changes Mindset tonight! And wow! Super interesting and informative conversations in regards to what your
Confidence actually consists of. All though aimed at horse riders I can truly see how much these sessions can benefit you in every day life. Having found the first session alone super beneficial, I feel next weeks session which focuses predominantly on the workings of our nervous systems will be equally if not more beneficial. I hope all those that joined us tonight had as much of a positive take away as I did and hope more of you can join us next week to enjoy the positive outlook and learnings these sessions can bring!
