7 weeks work smashed with
The main goal from all of this was to learn from him and gain some of his brilliant knowledge on how to take your physique to level of low % of body fat and in turn level up my coaching skills so that I can be a better coach to my clients ✅
In the process Im now in the best shape of my life and in the best possible position to grow now and not get out of shape in the process ✅
I’ve also learnt a lot about myself in terms of how far I can push myself mentally and physically when your in deep deep waters!
All in all it’s been one of the best investments in myself I’ve ever done and it’s now time to learn from him again on how to rebound out of a diet phase and push my knowledge even further!

3 weeks in with and the changes are madddd🤯
Being in just a calorie deficit will only take you so far, but adding in a structured nutrition plan and a training plan with the correct cardio added before and after sessions with rest days involved has taken things to the next level!
The next few weeks will take my body to a place it’s never been before 💪🏻!

This week marks the 12 weeks point! Big changes have been made!!
That being said it’s about 12 weeks until summer, if your looking to get in shape for summer now is the time to start!!

Can not stress enough the value of tracking food and having a good diet!!!
The training plan in both of these was the same!
I didn’t even add in any cardio!!
