It was nice having some time off with a very slow run to keep me ticking over. Breaks are very important not just to let your body recover fully, but also for you to mentally take a break from relentless training.

It allows you to feel excited going back into training , ultimately improving motivation and performance.

You’re allowed to take a break.

Are you ready for pre season?

We have all gone into pre season with poor fitness and hated the painful process of the fitness block followed shortly by skill based drills. In that order.

It’s vital to go into pre season with some level of fitness. Not just for coping, but also for injury prevention and performance gains. Having good fitness going into pre season allows you to execute your skills at a higher level, therefore improving performance and increasing your chances at starting the season on a high!

We now have a Pre Season Strength & Conditioning program with a combination of sprint sessions, conditioned running and gym based strength training. All sessions are fit around your training sessions and adapted to your goals.

I don’t usually post progress pictures as we have a more performance focus to our coaching, however, aesthetics can be a bi-product!

has been incredibly consistent since his ankle injury and smashed his last hypertrophy block by not only gaining muscle, but also dropping body fat AND gaining strength.

Onto the next one!

Our Speed Camp is now ready for enquiries.

This is a 6-week camp where we will be training for speed and acceleration in the summer. With 3 sessions a week, this intense camp will improve your technical efficiency as well as train the physical qualities needed to hit the ground affectively to make you faster!
