Come as you are, you're welcome here.
This gentle wellness group is designed especially for mums and their babies (up to 1), offering a calm, supportive space to simply be. Whether you're craving connection, rest, or a soft pause in your day, you're welcome here- exactly as you and baby are.
We focus on soft wellness practices to suppport your mind and body in your season of motherhood. Each session includes relaxed time to chat and connect, share experiences, moments of mindfullness and soft wellness tools (always baby friendly), and reminders you are not alone.
Calm toys and entertainment available for your little one. Changing facilities available and a hot drink and snack for you at the end if you wish to stay for this.
What to expect:
Baby noises, cuddles, cries, feeds and naps all welcome.
A relaxed, drop in format - come when you can, no pressure to stay the whole time.
Soft tools for wellness to promote relaxation for mum and baby.
A chance to meet like-minded mums and feel part of something nurturing.
This space is for you if:
You want to feel calmer and more connected.
You're navigating the early days of motherhood and want real talk, not pressure.
You need a low-pressure outing where you don't have to explain or apologise.
You would love a hot drink, a chat and a deep breath in good company.
There is no 'right way' to show up, just bring yourself (and your baby, however they are on the day).
You are doing great. Lets bloom together, one gentle moment at a time.

🌸 Guilt often shows up where Grace is most needed.
Mum guilt is very common and can happen when you least expect it.
You’ve fed, cuddled, changed, played, cleaned —and still you wonder:
“Am I doing enough?”
“Did I mess that up?”
“Should I be enjoying this more?”
Let’s get real for a moment.
➡️ You are exactly who your baby needs you to be.
➡️ Your child doesn’t need a perfect mum—just a present one.
➡️ Guilt often shows up where grace is needed most.
Let’s get real about motherhood and uplift each other.
At our new wellness groups, which are upcoming in Chester; we do just that.
‘Gather & Grow’ is a group where mums and babies can connect and unwind in nature, book a session of 6 classes or just drop in.
‘Breathe & Bloom’ is a group where you can fill your own cup in the evenings, learn wellness tips you can take back with you and meet like-minded Mums. - Book a session of 6 classes or just drop in.
Come as you are. No judgment, no pressure—just connection, compassion, and relaxation. 💗🌸

Self care ideas for busy mums. 🫶🏻

Intrusive thoughts are something many new mums experience-but few talk about.
They can be confusing, overwhelming, and filled with guilt.
I know, because l've been there. I didn't speak up until it became too much to carry alone.
What l've since learned is this: these thoughts are common - affecting up to 70% of mothers during the postpartum period. Yet, the stigma keeps us quiet.
That's why l'm sharing my story.
Not for attention, but for connection.
Not to be seen as brave, but to make this conversation normal.
If even one mum feels less alone after reading this, then it's worth it.
You are not broken.
You are not alone.
We are not alone-and we heal when we speak, connect, and hold space for each other.

Supporting women in the postpartum season is an honor I don’t take lightly. Every story matters—and this mother’s words remind me why I do what I do. Thank you for trusting me on your journey. 🙏🏻

Today’s theme for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week is:
Breaking the Silence: Financial Stress & Maternal Mental Health
“We are in the same sea, but in different boats.”
While all mothers face challenges, not all carry the same load—or have the same support. Financial stress can quietly erode a mother’s mental health, intensifying anxiety, isolation, and exhaustion.
Too many mothers suffer in silence, feeling the pressure to stay strong while struggling beneath the surface. It’s time to speak up, listen deeply, and offer real support.
Let’s break the silence. Let’s advocate for resources, access, and compassion for every mum- no matter her boat.
